Prepayments / final payments
All reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
The amount of the deposit can be found in your reservation letter.
The remaining amount must be paid on arrival. (Cash, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard)
If desired, the remaining amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
In case of cancellations that reach us within the free cancellation period, payments made in advance will be refunded in full (possibly minus bank charges). For retournings, please give us your bank details by Email (Name account recipient, as well as the IBAN account number).
Credit card prepayments will be automatically returned. (no reaction required)
(Possible cancellation costs can be covered by a travel and cancellation insurance
